Terms and Refund Policy
Grow on Purpose System · Catapult North LLC · Version dated September 17, 2026
The refund policy states what is refunded, and when. The program agreement is the full terms you accept when you pay, and the refund policy forms part of it. Your cohort's dates, price and deposit are stated in your acceptance email and on the checkout page; this document refers to them by the terms defined below.
Defined terms
The following terms have the following meanings wherever they appear in this document, in the refund policy and in the program agreement alike.

- "Cohort" means the scheduled offering of the program in which you are enrolled.

- "Enrollment deadline" means the date stated in the acceptance email on which applications for the cohort close and the balance is due.
- "Day 1" means the date of the cohort's first live session, as stated in the acceptance email.
- "Review deadline" means 5:00 PM Central Time on the Saturday immediately following Day 1.

Refund Policy
Cancellation on or before the enrollment deadline. If you cancel on or before the enrollment deadline, all amounts you have paid are refunded in full, including the deposit. No reason is required.
Cancellation after the enrollment deadline and by the review deadline. If you cancel after the enrollment deadline and by the review deadline, all amounts you have paid are refunded except the deposit, which is retained as consideration for holding your seat.
Balance not paid by the enrollment deadline. If the balance is not received by the enrollment deadline, your seat is released and the deposit is not refunded.
Cancellation after the review deadline. No refund is payable for a cancellation after the review deadline.
Cohort size. No minimum number of members is guaranteed.
Cancellation by Catapult North. If Catapult North does not run the cohort, for any reason, all amounts you have paid are refunded in full, including the deposit. If Catapult North ends the program after Day 1, you are refunded in proportion to the weeks of the program not delivered, and the deposit is refunded in full.
Removal. If you are removed from the program under section 12 of the program agreement for a breach of confidentiality, no refund is payable. If you are removed for other conduct, you are refunded in proportion to the weeks of the program not delivered, less the deposit.
Missed and rescheduled sessions. No refund is payable for a session you miss or for a session that is rescheduled.
Notice and payment of refunds. Notice of cancellation is given by email to colleen.kranz@catapultnorth.com. The date on which the email is sent is the cancellation date. Refunds are made to the original payment method, through Stripe, within ten business days of the cancellation date.
Program Agreement
This agreement is between you and Catapult North. Terms used in this agreement have the meanings given under "Defined terms" above. The refund policy above forms part of this agreement.
1. The program
The program is the Grow on Purpose System (GPS), a nine-week cohort program delivered online by Catapult North through the Circle platform. It consists of one live session each week, on the day and at the time stated in your acceptance email; course modules and materials delivered through the program space; and a final session in which you consolidate the work of the program into a written plan for your business.
The content and format of the program are as described to you in your acceptance email and at checkout. Anything further that your cohort includes is stated there. The program fee does not include individual coaching, implementation services, or access to the facilitator outside the live sessions, except as stated for your cohort.
2. Fees and payment
- The program fee and the deposit are the amounts displayed at checkout for your cohort.
- The balance is due in full, in one payment, on or before the enrollment deadline.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
3. Application, acceptance and your seat
- Enrollment is subject to acceptance by Catapult North, notified by the acceptance email. Your seat is held once the deposit is received. Payment of the deposit constitutes your acceptance of this document.
- You enroll as an individual, whether or not your business pays. Your seat, your Circle account and access to the live sessions are personal to you and may not be shared or transferred, and guests may not attend the live sessions.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Refunds on cancellation are governed by the refund policy above.
5. Cohort size and cancellation by Catapult North
- No minimum number of members is guaranteed. Catapult North may decide not to run a cohort, including because of the number of members enrolled.
- If the cohort does not run, or if Catapult North ends the program after Day 1, refunds are as stated in the refund policy.
6. Your commitments
You are expected to attend the weekly live sessions, to complete the first module in week one, and to commit approximately four to six hours per week to the program, including the live session.
7. Testimonials and case studies
Catapult North may ask you for a testimonial or a case study. Your name, your business, or anything you have said or written in the program is used in Catapult North's marketing only with your written consent, given at the time.
8. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose outside the program any other member's business information, financial information or materials. Catapult North does not disclose your business information outside the cohort in any form that identifies you or your business, or would allow either to be identified, except as you agree under section 7. This section survives the end of the program.
9. Recording and access
- The live sessions are recorded and the recording is provided to every member of the cohort. By attending a live session you consent to being recorded.
- Recordings are provided for your own use during and after the program and are subject to section 8. They may not be shared outside the cohort.
- Catapult North does not use session recordings in its marketing.
- Access to the program materials, including session recordings, is provided for twelve months after the last session. Catapult North may close other cohort spaces after the last session, and may end access to the materials after that period.
10. Intellectual property
- Everything you produce in the program, including your written work, your plan and anything you build from them, is yours, and you may use it in your business without restriction.
- The GPS curriculum, workbooks, templates, frameworks and recordings are the property of Catapult North. They are licensed to you for your own use and may not be copied, resold, or shared outside your business.
- Grow on Purpose® is a registered mark of Catapult North LLC.
11. Missed and rescheduled sessions
- Missing a session does not extend the program, alter the program fee or give rise to a refund. The recording is provided under section 9.
- If a session cannot be held as scheduled, because the facilitator or the platform is unavailable, it is rescheduled and the recording is provided. No refund arises.
12. Conduct and removal
- Catapult North may remove you from the program if you breach section 8, or if your conduct makes the program unworkable for other members and continues after Catapult North has raised it with you once in writing.
- Refunds on removal are as stated in the refund policy.
13. Changes to the program
Catapult North may make reasonable changes to the schedule, the platform or the sequence of content. The nine-week length of the program, the day and time of the weekly live session as stated in your acceptance email, and the substance of the program as described to you will not change without your agreement.
14. General
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute arising from it is brought in the state courts of Dakota County, Minnesota, and both parties submit to that venue. This does not prevent you from bringing a claim in small claims court.
- The program is a business program. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax or therapeutic advice, and no result is guaranteed.
- Catapult North does not vet the businesses of members and is not a party to any dealing between members.
- Catapult North's total liability under this agreement is limited to the amounts you have paid, and does not extend to indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or the outcome of decisions you make in your business.
- This document, your acceptance email and the checkout page for your cohort constitute the entire agreement between you and Catapult North. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
- The version of this document that applies to you is the version dated at the top of this page on the date you pay the deposit.
- Catapult North's handling of your personal information is described in its privacy policy at www.catapultnorth.com/privacy-policy.
