I will act as steward of brand strategy and go-to-market positioning to ensure every marketing touch-point drives a consistent customer experience and your messaging resonates with your target market and ideal customer profiles.

Integrated Marketing Plan and Accountability for Execution

I’ll present an integrated, tactical plan that includes calendars for marketing initiatives like events and webinars, videos, website updates, SEO/PPC, brand initiatives, content creation, social media, PR, surveys, and culture/corporate communications support. As your Fractional CMO, I will own the responsibility of ensuring it gets done within approved budgets. When change inevitably happens, we’ll optimize the plan.


Sales Enablement

I will work closely with sales teams to evaluate and support the creation of sales tools and implement inbound and outbound strategies.


Voice of customer programs and improved client experiences

We’ll ensure the capture of relevant client feedback and insights about your business, your client’s business, and the industry. This knowledge will help us improve and expand business opportunities within each client as well as leverage knowledge for new business acquisition strategies, specific referrals, and informing overall business direction.

Examples include specific lines of questions wrapped intro process, client survey and interviews, client advisory boards, and internal review process of insights.


Marketing Operations, Systems, Documentation, and Set Up for Future Scale

As part of our work, we’ll ensure the documentation of marketing playbooks, brand guides, and CRM processes to set up your business for scale and faster transfer of knowledge to existing and future team members. A Playbook will allow you to do more, faster.


Executive Visibility and Advisor to Leadership Team

As part of our work, I will provide executive level reporting, management to budget, align milestones with business goals, and will be available to seamlessly integrate into your executive team or simply advise as needed.


 

Getting Started is Simple

I know that making a change could seem like a lot on your already full plate. At the same time you want to know exactly what’s going to happen. No worries. I will drive the process, make sure you never have to question what the next step is, and give you time back into your day.

 
Here’s what the process looks like.

  1. Intros with stakeholders and information gathering
    Once we agree on a start date, I will work with you to cascade information to your teams as appropriate. Communications to team members will be clear, concise, and non-disruptive to their work. I will dive into any documentation you already have about your company and industry and set up intros with critical team members.

    Approx. time-frame: week 1-4

  2. I get to work creating an initial Marketing Growth Focus Guide
    Using the insights from Step 1, I will do an intensive deep dive into your industry and business. I will provide a fresh pair of eyes and an outsider’s view into your product-market fit, ideal customer profile, messaging, and marketing activities.

    The Marketing Growth Focus Guide will review findings, present a plan, identify gaps, low hanging fruit, and high-level long-term strategy for increasing brand strength, brand awareness, and business growth.

    Approx. time-frame: week 4-8

  3. Ongoing Fractional CMO
    With our initial plans in place, I will get to work owning the execution of our marketing strategy and plan. As your Fractional CMO I will help manage branding, messaging, and corporate communications ongoing and develop a concise cadence with sales, leadership, and other teams.

    Our goal is to support and expand your brand, reputation, and legacy, while increasing the bottom line over time.

    Approx. time-frame: week 8+
